1. Purpose of the Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the tech-minds.app website, the website configurator and the associated online areas (client dashboard, sales dashboard).

By accessing the website or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these Terms of Use without reservation.

2. Access to the website and services

The website is accessible to anyone wishing to discover the web design offers provided by Tech Minds and, where applicable, to use the configurator to obtain a quote or place an order.

Some areas (client dashboard, sales dashboard) are only accessible via a personal link and/or a secure account, provided by Tech Minds following an order or an invitation.

3. User accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your login details and personal access links confidential. Any action carried out from your account or personal link will be deemed to have been performed by you or with your authorisation.

You agree to promptly notify Tech Minds in the event of any suspected unauthorised access to your account or personal area.

4. Prohibited behaviour

You must not use the website or the online areas to share unlawful, offensive, defamatory or harmful content, nor attempt to disrupt or compromise the proper functioning or security of the platform.

The website templates, mockups, texts, visuals, as well as the interfaces of the configurator and dashboards remain the property of Tech Minds or its partners. Using the services does not grant you any intellectual property rights over these elements, unless expressly agreed in writing.

6. Service changes

Tech Minds may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the website or its features, in particular for technical, maintenance or service improvement reasons, without such changes giving rise to any right to compensation.

7. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts in the jurisdiction of Tech Minds’ registered office, without prejudice to any mandatory rules protecting consumers.
